Made from 100% robust desert durum wheat and shaped using a bronze dye gives Garofalo pasta its premium taste and texture. Probably the most popular and most simple pasta shape in the world! Garofalo Fusilli Lunghi No12-5 - this pasta shape is a speciality from Campania whose origins are no longer remembered. The classic spiral shape lets sauces creep between the curves. Excellent for everyday recipes as well as more daring experiments.
